Craigslist Hookups, NSA

______________________________________________________________

Dear Right Advice,
-BlahBlahBlah- I've started experimenting with casual sex -BlahBlahBlah- meet my sexual needs -BlahBlahBlah- avoiding a romantic entanglement -BlahBlahBlah- I put an ad on Craigslist -BlahBlahBlah- not interested in men who were already in relationships -BlahBlahBlah- I didn't want a lot of kissing, touching, -BlahBlahBlah- just wanted sex - and that's it. -BlahBlahBlah- several successful 'hook-ups' -BlahBlahBlah- the sex has been so-so. -BlahBlahBlah- Then "Bob" emailed me.
-BlahBlahBlah- He travels for work and is in my city frequently. -BlahBlahBlah- sex was mind-blowingly awesome. The only thing that bothered me was that he was physically affectionate with me afterward - caressing my hair, trying to snuggle, etc. -BlahBlahBlah- we arranged another hook-up. When I arrived at his hotel room, -BlahBlahBlah- more affectionate than I was comfortable with. -BlahBlahBlah- I'm not heartless; it did feel -BlahBlahBlah- found myself realizing that I was beginning to have feelings -BlahBlahBlah- but he was almost too good to be true.
-BlahBlahBlah- Googled him. Big mistake. He's married. With a kid. -BlahBlahBlah- I'm not going to contact his wife or anything crazy like that. -BlahBlahBlah- Should I ignore him until he goes away or confront him? -BlahBlahBlah-

Sincerely,
-BlahBlahBlah-

Traveling business men don't just happen to trip over NSA sex ads on craigslist. You've been fucking a guy who regularly fucks prostitutes in other cities.

If you confront him, he'll probably apologize and say that he mistakenly thought you were also married. His perfectly sound explanation for this misunderstanding is probably going to make you feel like a gigantic whore, as it should.

The concept of "sexual needs," sits upon a twisted rationale that such needs are a health concern. Whether this is misinterpreted bullshit from the sexual revolution, or just the deeply programmed reasoning behind the way your first boyfriend convinced you to go down on him, sexual desire is not a chronic illness.

If this were a health issue, the cure would not be to increase the risks of being raped or catching an STI off the internet. Now that logic is in play lets just boil you down to being sleazy.

You're not sleazy like a crack whore. You're sleazy like an escort who meets her select clientèle at hotels, and then forgets to get paid.

My advice to you: Extort this married guy for cash to see if maybe it's a good career move and if you don't like it, then sidestep the prostitute angle and do it in the name of sticking it to philandering husbands.
